Orders
Is this a pre-order?
Yes. The drop launched July 4 and every piece is limited.
When will my order ship?
Reach out and we'll give you an exact update on your order. Email contact@broissant.co or DM @broissant.co with your order number and we'll get right back to you.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Reach out ASAP with your order number and we'll do our best to help before it ships. Changes can't always be guaranteed once an order is placed, so contact us quickly.
I didn't get an order confirmation.
Check your spam folder for an email from contact@broissant.co. Still nothing? Send us the email you used and we'll find it.
Can I order by phone or DM?
Orders go through the website checkout only, so your payment stays secure.

Where do you ship?
Worldwide, with tracking.
How much is shipping?
Free over $70. Otherwise a small flat rate, anywhere in the world.
How long does delivery take?
5–7 days once your order ships. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it's on its way.
How do I track my order?
You get an email with a tracking link as soon as it ships. You can also reply to us with your order number and we'll check the status.
My tracking hasn't updated.
It can take 24–48h to activate, and pauses over weekends and holidays. Stuck for more than a few days? Send your order number and we'll look into it.
Will I pay customs or duties?
In most cases, no. If your country applies a local import tax, that's set by them, not us.
Can I change my shipping address?
Contact us with your order number ASAP — we can update it before it ships (handled by a human for security).
Returns, exchanges & refunds
What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery for returns and size exchanges. Item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags on.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Reply with your order number and what you'd like (return or a new size) and we'll set it up.
Who pays for return shipping?
If it's a defect or our mistake, it's on us. Change of mind — return shipping is on you.
When do I get my refund?
5–10 business days after we receive and check the return. It goes back to your original payment method.
Can I exchange for a different design?
We handle size exchanges of the same item. For a different design, return your piece and place a new order.
My item arrived damaged or wrong.
So sorry! Send a photo plus your order number and we'll make it right, fast.
Sizing & fit
How do the tees fit?
True to size with an oversized cut — go with your usual. Full size guide is on every product page.
What sizes do you carry?
XS to XXL on apparel.
I'm between sizes.
For a relaxed streetwear fit, size up. For a fitted look, stay true to size.
Do the caps have one size?
Yes — adjustable, one size fits most.
Products & care
What's in the drop?
6 tees ($50), caps ($30), a tumbler ($35) and socks ($20).
What are the tees made of?
Premium 250 GSM french terry, 100% cotton — built to last.
What are the prints?
Franglais punchlines from the Broissant Club universe — Suspicious Baguette Energy, My Croissant, I Survive On Espresso & Hate, and more.
How do I care for my tee?
Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Don't iron directly on the print. Hang or tumble dry low.
Payment & checkout
What payment methods do you accept?
Major cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal — all secured through Shopify checkout.
What currency are prices in?
US dollars (USD). Depending on your country, prices may be shown in your local currency.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed securely by Shopify — we never see or store your card details.
