Why a Frenchman opened a bakery in Texas
I did not open a bakery. I opened a joke about one, and then people asked to wear it. The short version involves tacos, sunshine, a croissant in a drive-thru, and a lot of chaos in between.

How does the sizing run?
True to size, with a boxy body and dropped shoulders. Our model is 175 cm and wears a M. Between two sizes, take the larger one.
When will my order ship?
Everything on the site is in stock. You get a tracking email the moment your parcel leaves us.
Do you ship outside the United States?
27 countries, tracked from Austin. $9 flat, free over $70. Import VAT is collected on delivery outside the US.
What if the size is wrong?
Size exchanges are on us. Reply to your order email and we send the right size before you post the first one back.
What is the fabric, exactly?
250 gsm, 100% cotton on the tees. 400 gsm brushed fleece on the hoodies. Screen-printed front and back with water-based ink; the caps are embroidered.
Will a sold-out piece come back?
Not automatically. Tap “Notify me” and you will hear first if the club votes it back.
How do I care for it?
Cold wash inside out, no tumble dryer, no ironing on the print.
Why does every product page talk about a bakery?
Because that is where the money goes. Broissant funds the opening of a French bakery in the US from what the brand makes, and the counter on this page shows exactly how far along we are. You are buying a piece of clothing at its normal price — nothing is added for the project.
Is part of my order a donation?
No. Broissant is a company, not a charity: nothing is tax-deductible and there is no donate button anywhere on this site. We put the revenue to work on the bakery and we publish the progress.
